|Its pale yellow color with crystalline reflections is covered with very fine and persistent bubbles. First, its nose is marked by aromas of brioche, citrus fruits and vine peach. Frank attack. Very fresh, elegant and fruity palate. Finally, a fine finish with a superb length.
|Harvesting and wine making
|The winemaking method is Champagne pressing. Gales Héritage is exclusively made from the best juices of the cuvée. Then the vinification is done in stainless steel vats. Foaming and aging for 24 months at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C. After aging, the wine rests in the cellar for 3-4 months before shipment, in order to allow it to assimilate the expedition liqueur.
