Serving temperature of crémant and white wines

To enjoy Sparkle and Wine products with intensity, we advise you to serve them chilled !!

Crémant, so that it develops its flavors as much as possible while retaining its structure, should be served between 7-8 ° C. It is therefore well cooled but not too much without which the crémant loses its charm. Dry white wines such as Riesling, Pinot Blanc or Pinot Gris are more likely to be around 8-10 ° C.

They benefit from being aerated with a stemmed glass filled to a third, the top of which narrows down to take advantage of their aromas and complexities.

Let’s start putting these good tips into practice with a sparkling aperitif!
