Tasting | On the nose, the wine is fruity, balanced with frank aromas. The mouth is fine, supple and the wine is very digestible. Its low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink, a feeling reinforced by the absence of residual sugars. |
Harvesting and wine making | The “Tout nü” is produced by fermentation with indigenous yeasts, naturally present on the grape. The wine making process does not use any input or addition of sulfites. The wine is neither filtered nor clarified.
The bunches of grapes were put whole in the press and the must was racked two days later. Only the press core was kept. |
Other | One of the first natural wines of Luxembourg. The label was designed by a Luxembourg artist Eric Mangen in a funky style. |
