Harvesting and wine making | A quarter of the vineyard surface of the domain is planted with Pinot Gris and with Riesling. It is therefore the most important grape variety for Clos Mon Vieux Moulin. Furthermore, this Pinot Gris comes from one of the most renowned vineyards in the Moselle: Ahn Göllebour (in French: puits d’or). For perfect maturation, it is aged in large oak barrels (2,700 l). |
