Record medals for the cellar master of Gales

18 June 2021

The cellar master is the person responsible for the development and aging of the wine. It is he who takes care of all the stages between the arrival of the grape in the cellar until the bottling. He works with the oenologist during fermentation.

In Luxembourg, the cellar master, Arno Bauer, won a total of 10 gold medals for his creations at the last crémants de France and Luxembourg competition on May 7, 2021. This is half of the medals won by the Luxembourg bubbles.

Arno Bauer works for the estates Gales, Saint Martin (which has been owned by Gales since 1984) and Krier frères. For the Gales cellars , it thus brings them this high distinction for two vintages of Crémant Gales Héritage including a rosé and a vintage and silver for two other vintages of Gales Héritage.

Sparkle and Wine offers you exceptional crémants (Héritage and Héritage Rose) from Gales cellars in Switzerland.

Come and discover them without further delay with your friends, during the summer festivals that are looming on the horizon.
